At Noon, I played a pivotal role in managing eCommerce operations, focusing on optimizing processes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving growth. I implemented both short-term and long-term strategies to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
One of my key achievements was spearheading the creation of an Arabic language catalog, enabling seamless navigation for regional customers and expanding the platform's reach. I also introduced an automated quality control (Auto QC) system, significantly reducing errors and improving product listing accuracy. Additionally, I prioritized safeguarding customer experience by implementing a banned words list to maintain brand integrity and trust.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I worked to refine the customer journey, improve search relevance, and streamline checkout processes. Leveraging data-driven insights, I identified gaps in the product offering and worked to address them, enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting conversions.

Okadoc is a one-stop-shop patient engagement platform based in the UAE that helps providers seamlessly connect with their patients. Founded in 2018, Okadoc operates across 3 countries including UAE, KSA and Indonesia.

At Okadoc, I played a key role in enhancing healthcare technology solutions, focusing on streamlining patient-provider interactions and improving operational efficiencies. My primary responsibility was managing API integrations with multiple Healthcare Information Systems (HIS), enabling seamless data exchange and ensuring interoperability between Okadoc’s platform and hospital core ERP systems.
I led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhanced the user experience for patients and healthcare providers. This included optimizing the appointment booking system, reducing friction points, and ensuring alignment with healthcare industry standards. Fino Payments Bank the Digital Banking Partner for millions of Indians
At Fino Payments Bank, I played a key role in designing and managing innovative financial solutions that catered to diverse customer needs. My responsibilities spanned product design, solution architecture, and strategic partnerships, contributing to the successful launch and scaling of the bank's services.
A significant achievement was leading the launch of the bank’s retail banking platform, including the implementation of a new Core Banking System (CBS). This involved coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, robust performance, and timely delivery. I also developed and enhanced banking products such as savings accounts, payment solutions, and micro-insurance offerings, tailoring them to the needs of the target customer base.
Additionally, I fostered partnerships with major card companies and insurance providers to expand the bank’s product portfolio, enabling card-based and cardless payment solutions. These innovations enhanced customer engagement and accessibility, particularly in underbanked regions.
